Meet the Founder

A Nurse’s Perspective on Home Care

Allan founded Sarah Grace Home Care in 2019 after years of hands-on experience as a Registered Nurse working across emergency, med-surg, ICU, and home care settings. That clinical background — seeing firsthand what families go through when a loved one's health changes — is what shaped how Sarah Grace operates today.

What started as a single caregiver helping a handful of families has grown into a team of more than 45 caregivers serving over 200 families across Woodstock, Canton, Cumming, Jasper, and the surrounding North Metro Atlanta communities. Through it all, the mission has stayed the same: care that feels less like a service and more like family.

Allan remains personally involved in how Sarah Grace cares for every client — from how caregivers are selected and trained, to how families are supported through difficult transitions. It's a hands-on, locally-owned approach that national franchises simply can't replicate.
